Tour the city and its bakeries. Sample its cuisine. Discover the vitality of the Europe Union's northernmost capital.  

RASEBORG, FINLAND

Experience the strong Swedish influence on the culture and traditions of the western Finnish Archipelago. Explore Raseborg Castle. Follow organic rye from a farm that's grown it since the 1300s to the mill that grinds it into flour, and the bakeries that transform it into the region's signature Finno-Swedish breads.

RIGA, LATVIA

Gothic spires dominate Riga's cityscape, but it is the flamboyant art nouveau that forms the flesh and the spirit of this vibrant city. Meet with the Latvian Bakers Association, take in the city's sights and sounds, journey southwest to some of Latvia's leading bakeries. Explore Riga's vibrant culinary scene.
